not sure if I have morgellons

For over a year now I've felt as if tiny bugs are crawling all over my body. At times I feel that they bite me. It's worse at night and when I'm sitting still. At night I feel as if these bugs are entering my ears and going into my eyes and biting there too.

I've fallen into a terrible Depression because of this and have visited many many general doctors and dermatologists to no avail. No one has been able to help me and I am desperate to try to find some solution. I've been doing some research and I wonder if I have morgellons. I know that what's characteristic of morgellons is the filaments on the skin, but I don't have any of that just the crawling, biting on my skin.

I know that the biting and crawling is one of the symptoms of morgellons though, so would what I have be considered morgellons? If I do, how do I treat it?
I know that it might not be as simple as that, but if anyone has any info I would greatly appreciate it. Please help!
