You probably have an infection of flukes (and/or other flatworms) and roundworms. Both are very common. Sounds like the movement are them feeling threatened. Keep going. Flukes need praziquantel and albendazole. You will need to stay on an intensive protocol for at least a year. Post more pictures if possible. Enemas daily in the evening also help.
