Re: SIBO or parasite?

If it is dysbiosis then I find the easiest meat that does not feed it is rainbow trout, young fish, so you have to get it from the right shop, older fish will be bigger and meatier, you want smaller trout so you don't have a problem with it.

In the U K definitely not Tesco but Morrisons are o.k.

Organic lamb is good, but nothing is as good as young trout that has not had time to store up an excessive amount of stuff that can feed dysbiosis in its body.

You should eat all protein meals by 3 in the afternoon if possible. This is because you have waves that move through your body and I find 3 is the perfect cut off timing.

When I buy trout I don't buy the filleted, it is to expensive, I ask them to fillet a trout for me, this is much cheaper, sometimes they moan but they have to do it.
