Waterfast - Liver Gallbladder Flush Transition Question
Not sure this will answered as this question and scenario is way different than what I've found researching thus far on the net but here's hoping...
So I've competed my 4th Liver Gallbladder Flush two weeks ago and transitioned right into a
Water Fast which I'm still on. My wife did her 2nd flush while I did my 4th (she was a hard and dedicated stubborn nay sayer until she saw and smelled what came out of me multiple times)... but upon completion of her flush she drank bone broth after two days of transitioning back. She reported an almost immediate need to go to the bathroom. When she did she counted roughly another 20 stones. This makes some sense as she still hadn't had any fat save for the oil - juice mixture two days prior and beef bone broth contains a good amount of fat.
So with that information I was wondering, when I do complete my water fast,... I'd like to roll right back into the liver gallbladder flush being that my digestive system will have had no fat or anything else for that matter for 21 - 28 days. It would be prestine clean. My question is since I can't find any answers online, would it be safe to drink the olive oil mixture coming from a 3 - 4 week water fast? I'm wondering if that may be too harsh for the digestive system to handle since its been lazy and doing nothing for that long (it does deserve to be lazy btw :).
I guess I'm trying to avoid transitioning back to normal food only to restrict my diet yet again to execute my 5th flush which would be right about the same time I plan to break my fast. Any positive constructive
Science or personnel based information would be more than highly appreciated. Can't thank you all enough and cheers to your health and happiness!
