My only advice is to take it easy. I recommend you do urine looping aka dry urine fast which is when you only drink urine and no water. This will speed up healing 3 times stronger and quicker, You will heal very quickly. Also for long term I recommend you do weekly urine fasts and daily urine fasts. For example I dry fast 42hrs weekly and 12 hrs the rest of the days. I have done two 7 day dry fasts. What I've learnt is you need patience and if you can do enema they are help however are not required. I personally don't do enemas. Keep me up to date with your dry urine fast because I want to know how strong it is compared to a dry fast. Dry fast is known as the fasting for GODS. Also you will get a lot of detox symptoms and rejoice as your body is healing.
