So I've started yet another fast. I'm day 4...had to break last one on day 10 because true hunger hit again and threw up bile. Barely ate anything and weight shot up. Only now am I back to where I was day 10 and I'm so frustrated. The weight loss is so slow. I have a doc appt April 17th and I know they are going to draw blood but I HAVE to make it to day 20. I still have 25 lbs to lose. Do I have to break my fast for the blood draw. How can I speed weight loss.

Should I fast all the way to 82 or start eating less than 100 cals once 95. I also work as a waitress and for this fast going to try to work out.
