Can someone ID these?

Can I get an ID on these please? I've had cracking in my neck, ringing ears, confusion, back pain, gi distress, and twitches throughout my body. I have some pictures both full size and magnified of stuff I have passed in BM's or coughed/blew out. I'm leaning towards a co-infection of strongyloides and flukes, but I honestly have no way of saying. Anyone I really need some help so I know how to go about this, my doctor will not help me.
