I'm at the point where I believe it's time to fork out some money and seek right sources for vitamin mineral test I know the hair mineral is one but I'd like a recommendation on a panel test from a reputable company I say this because a multi vitamin might be decent but let's say you are vitamin a deficient and don't even know it maybe the amount in the multi is ok to supply you with some but depending on how severe u may need higher dose to correct it faster I remember when I was vitamin d deficient there is no way a multi could have gotten me up and it took months to get to a optimal level and I had to beg the dang idiot doc to do the test now I no longer rely on a doctor anyways but without a test how do you know what you lack symptoms are good guesses but still they say it's easy to get nutrients which it can be if you switch diet even if you switch deficient can still be from before the switch I think testing is way to go for various nutrients if taking a multi just to know what may need to be corrected with higher intake than what pill provides I truly believe issues to some degree is not resolved because we don't know how much we may need for the moment ya know In terms of Faster approach I think we are all deficient to be honest in quite a few nutrients
