Thank you so much for your help.

Symptoms-
Fatigue
Dizziness
Needing the toilet straight the way after eating
Going to the toilet 4+ times a day
Gurgling noises
Bloating
Gas
Constipation

I started taking aloe Vera and zinc.. and I feel bit better
I take sertraline for anxiety

I have been to Dubai but a year ago.
