Re: Beating UC

Hello, i just read your post and am interested in communicating with you if possible. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis about a yr or so ago and have been very sick since jan 3rd. Is it possible that we can communicate, even via email? I would soo love to get any detailed advice on beating this.. i have other problems that have developed since this has happened to me and i am trying my best now to avoid meds. Please thanks
