First thing first, go to doctors!maybe they can nIt cure, they help ease suffering

I found out we have to rely on doctors. That is the end conclusion of my decade suffering.
But alternative method is more important. Although many doctors know alternative method, I found out they will not tell us why! But I am content just to follow them, buy from them.
For they need to make a living too.
I have posted the suffering I have encountered using alternative method.
And I found out a pill of antihistamine will just make all the suffering away, but you have to take them alternatively to avoid drug resistance, also, some you. Might already have resistance, or does not work. But there should be some, that will help.
