I have never had a problem taking ACV straight. But yesterday I tried it and my throat swelled up. It took about 15 seconds to get my breathing to return to normal.

I was diagnosed with silent acid reflux in February. It seems to me that this is a lack of acid, not too much acid. I think my Ph levels are off.
