I desperately need help. I have white looking kind of circular bugs coming off of my body everywhere. They are under my skin. Iam terrified. I thought it was scabies, but it isn't. Please please help me. I do not know what to do. I am so fearful I have infected my family. Twice now, I also experience this terrifying rush through my body, ny heart feels like I am having a heart attack and then a my body starts to eliminate a large white substances.
