It is usually the nighttime when they are active and reproduce a lot. Having so many in your lungs and airways means you are hyperinfected. You need to start treatment as soon as possible. Nightsweats are a typical sign of the females releasing eggs and must be treated with ivermectin immediately when it happens. In the morning is when sinuses and airways are full of them.
Albendazole worth a few days does nothing and they are mostly resistant to it anyway. Roundworms need multiple meds at the same time, taken several times a day. Treatment should be for at least a year, or more, depending on symptoms.
