Citric Acid 50% solution

HI I want to follow the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement / citric acid protocol suggested for worms.

I ordered the 2 bottles 1 says 50% citric acid and the other says 28% sodium Chlorite

In the instructions for using Miracle-Mineral-Supplement it says to use 10% citric acid solution.
Am I supposed to dilute the 50% citric acid to 10% citric acid, and if so how do I dilute. Or if not then can I order a 10% citric acid solution from the same website.
