Anyone here has a good colon cleanse recipe ?

Anyone here has a good Colon Cleanse recipe ? that also works for candida even if it works or not I still have to cleanse my colon.

I was thinking diatomaceous earth,lemon juice,chia seeds, psyllium and activated charcoal
