Parasite in my lungs?

Recently been hospitalized with aspiration pneumonia. I've been coughing with sinus and mainly chest congestion for 3 months! Been on Antibiotics . Still coughing, swallow test showing mild/moderate aspiration of thin liquids. Anyhow, this is what I'm coughing up. Sometimes in small pieces and occasionally I get one of these disgusting slugs. Is it mucus, silent gerd or a parasite? Help
