Vacuum pump or Water pump for ED?

I've decided to try the penis pump for ED. I'm not interested in gains, I just want a working one. All discussions on pumps on the internet seem to be focussed around gains and not the actual erectile ability. Can someone please tell what pump I should buy to help my ED - an air based vacuum pump or a water based one? Tweet
