I cannot do sodium ascorbate again I am getting over a 5 day intense upper abdominal pain cramp that almost led me to doctor pain almost had me in tears I don't know if I did something wrong not enough water or what or if it detoxes me to intense maybe I started off too high I did like 4-5 grams morning and another later I was thanking god it went away it was so horrible I threw it away Tweet
