Cholesterol Stone got stuck in bile duct

At Age 40 male, I had Kidney pain and shoulder blade back pain, i did Liver flush with Olive Oil, Grapefruit+lemon, Epsom salt and most of the stones expelled out, but never used phosfood in apple juice, but used GCG and Chinese bitters and got better after that and then i had done almost 10 Liver flushes and got rid of all the diseases but in 11th flush one stone got stuck in liver bile duct.
I did another flush but nothing came out. Again did liver flush almost 4 times but nothing came out, having in this situation since 1 year and now may be bile salts and crystals are flushing out in liver flush.
Just few days ago I got kidney pain and lower back pain, sugar also started giving me back pain, tried stevia but its giving me pain as well checked sugar but its 140 after dinner and cholesterol is 180, now I can’t eat any green it gives me lower back pain and liver pain and some foods are giving me pain in kidney, seems alkaline inside, and may be some problem in Lyphatic system or spleen as lowerback pain related to that, just taking ACV just for temporary relief but looking for some permanent solution.
Need your suggestions what to do at this point, i think phosfood by standard process will work. need suggestions on taking bile salts. your help is appreciated.
