It was a successful flush. The green/yellow color is from stagnant bile.

Stones can come out either dissolved, partially dissolved or intact. Some people pass what is described as chaff.

The seeds are not clear enough, but could be Tapeworm eggs.

Keep doing flushes every two weeks for a while to see what happens.

Make sure to stay hydrated before and after flushes with a good electrolyte drink/soups/smoothies/etc.
