In Asian medicine, the top part of the forehead represents the large intestine, the lower part is the small intestine, and the frown lines between the eyebrows is the liver. This makes sense for these organs needing a longer time to rejuvenate because of my history.
I was constipated since my childhood (if you don't have a bowl movement after each meal, garbage is sitting there being reabsorbed). Plus, my small intestine was inflamed from eating gluten and dairy. My liver was overtaxed from nasty pharmaceuticals.
Also, I notice the moles have lightened so much. Eyebrows being darker than your haircolor is a sign of good health.
