What are the cloudy stool?

Please help identify what white stick stool. I always excrete the cloudy mucous stool, sometimes from enema of apple cider vinegar. I am not sure what they are, the heavy mucous? candida? mucous worm? or undigested protein? I carefully look at the cloudy strips, and they have a worm shape.

In second picture, there are a lot of yellow corn-shape stuffs, I did not eat corn, what they are. Addition, the black seaweed-like stuffs, what they are, I always see in my stool.
