Nebulizer solution almost kills me

So I bought this new nebulizer from Phillips and I was so happy. The pharmacy gave me the solution but never told me I had to dilute the solution. Yep, I ended up in the emergency room almost dead.

So someone please tell me when you are using a nebulizer with face guard, do you put in pure ionic silver or diluted. I am a nervous wreck.

They told me I was going to die.
