i just did a plain water enema. I had a 6 inch string come out. I am going to commit to these nystatin enemas and i guess give up Sugar for a while. Last week when i did one nystatin enema- my pain in the intestine ( cecum) was gone! I am a believer now. Thank God I found this forum and to whomever posted a nystatin retention enema. ( oh- i have severe leaky gut too- I have had that since my round of Antibiotics which started this whole thing 18 yr's ago. From having my wisdon teeth out. Tweet
