Good post, however, I have to respectfully disagree about the mouth wash. During a fast mouth wash should not be used. Mouth washes are full of chemicals. Your mouth has many capillaries that will suck in all junk that your body should not have. Better way to clean your mouth is with a tongue scraper and plain water.
