I agree totally with the poster above. Nothing but water, no brushing teeth, teas, alkaline waters, vitamins, nothing. Take one day at a time. Expect to lose 1lb per day on average. You may lose few pounds a day in the beginning, but then it will taper off.
You will not burn your muscles. Your body knows what to eat first, fat and all scar tissues and junk. Liver manufacturers what it needs from cleaning.
A good thing you have decided to fast. If you can read Dr. Shelton's book it will help you with your future fasts.
