Re: Transparent teeth from Oil Pulling?

Been doing the oil pulling for about 4 days now an ya my bottom teeth at the tips are going see thru!They already were a little cause I have weak enamel from over brushing with baking soda. I think if you have strong enamel you'll be fine but I'm a 100% sure. Be careful. I'm going to read up on this more right now being I go any further with this
