Any improvement from Pau D Arco for Candida

Hey, I started taking Pau D Arco a couple of days ago to rid my candida. Has anyone took this supplement to fight off their candida? If so how long did it take you to see improvement? How long would I have to keep taking it in prior to kill candida completely? I know that Pau D Arco is a powerful antifungal and antibacterial but will it kill off good bacteria as well or just bad bacteria? I'm taking probiotics anyway but just curious. And also should I take Pau D Arco with food or on an empty stomach? Tweet
