The flatworm kill usually lasts for weeks. You take no break until you don't see them coming out anymore. Mattk3 had a systemic infection and he took about 50 days to clear. If you have them only in your GI or liver or around the GI it might just a be a month. But if you see them releasing in large numbers you might be in for the full boat. It might take days to get into the real killing zone. You need to eat lots of natural yoghurts throughout the day. I don't remember the exact ramping to be honest. I hope you are not killing yourself..
