Need Help with refeeding after Dry fasting

//www.curezone.org/upload/Quotes/battle.jpg

Dear all,

I have browsed through a number of threads in the dry and Water Fasting forum regarding refeeding after a dry fast. I wanted to personally share my experience of my current dry fast and humbly ask for recommendations for the proper refeeding procedure.

I'm on my day 4 of fasting, with the first 3 days being absolute dry fast. During the third day, I developed those rashes on my back and chest that appeared usually on the forth day of my previous water fasts. So after the third day I took a bath with some herbs which might help the itchiness which was fairly unbearable. After the bath, I was thinking to end my dry fast to transition to Water Fast but the first cup of water I slowly sipped into my system made me tremendously sick, almost couldn't help the urge to throw up.

Ever since that taking in that 240ml of water, I was disgusted by the idea of drinking and basically feel no heavy thirst overall so I have been dry fasting again until I feel the genuine thirst come up. I'm planning to end my fast, whatever form it might be, next Tuesday as I have a presumably stressful new job starting on Wednesday. But I think the pressing problem is how to safely break my dry fast. I have no access to spring water here in the district, and here sports drinks are packed with sugar, also milk would be a dare as I'm slightly lactose intolerant. But please, any idea would be welcomed.

Best wishes,

Lady
