So I've decied to break the fast after eight days. This was my first experience ever with fasting and I feel great. Next time around I will definitely be doing at least 10 days. I don't believe I have much excess weight but during the fast I went from 155 to 139 pounds (I measure 5"10). I look kinda skinny right now but I'm not worried I will be gaining some of that back.
Anyhow, on with the question. The book mentions breaking the fast with orange juice but it does not say if you should keep drinking the lemonade as well. Will the orange juice give me enough energy until I start eating again and am I supposed to keep drinking some lemonade?
