I remember reading that Germany had over 3000 tons of gold. At the time I believe they were the second largest owner of gold after the US. I also remember reading that the US had most of that gold. Now I read that after repatriating 300 tons of gold from the US and France, all the gold is back on their soil. Something doesn't seem quite right here. It seems like fake news. Does anyone here remember the same or similar thing?
