I got rid of pinworms by applying neem oil to the bottom (anus) directly after showering,and before getting dressed, daily, on and off, for several months. Use a disposable glove (non-rubber/latex) on the hand.

I bought a small bottle of the neem oil for about $5 from local health shop.

I don't think pinworms appear in the sinuses or ears. That might be something else.

To clear the nose and sinuses, use a salt water nasal spray. Or gargle salty water deep in the throat (gargle a mouthful at a time, to a total of maybe half a cupful)and spit it out.

Most worms don't like salt.

Try bathing in a salty bath (approx. a half to a cup of salt in very hot water).

Try a salt and vinegar bath. Salt plus 1 tablespoon vinegar.
