Hello can you just describe how far inside the anus you inserted the ear plug? Was it just until the whole thing was inside or further up the canal? Also did you think of sewing a line of thick cotton in the plug so you could easily pull it out (like a tammpon). Your post was lifesaver, I have tried everything else too.
