They look like roundworms. They are half digested so they become a bit fiber like. These have different stages so you may find smaller and bigger/longer ones. These are hard to get rid of, so a therapy of minimum 1 year is required, daily. Enemas are a good way to start eliminating some but since their life cycle involves organs outside the GI tract you need to be taking systemic meds to be sure you are killing all, they also encyst in tissues and muscles and elsewhere. Herbs especially the bitter ones are not something i would recommend. It often happens that they disseminate to other parts of the body attempting to escape the herbs which cannot kill worms in any case.
