I am on my fifth cleanse, some less than 10 days, though. this time I want to go ten and maybe more. I usally go by how I feel in my body. I hope I do not have to do alot of running around in town this time. It is easier for me if I am at home most of the time. I like to stay close to the potty in the mornings, LOL.
