Less Rosacea plus Smaller Pores plus h202


I've increased my fruits & veggies and dropped gluten, dairy ect. My pores and texture of my skin texture has improved so much, but most striking is the improvement in my rosacea.

I always had a red face with my super white neck.

For the first time since I was 13, I now go out in public without foundation!

I still use minerals makeup on very sunny days because it has natural SPF.

I have to tell you all, especially my fellow chronic fatigue patients, that I feel better today than I have many years before I got CF! This week three amazing things happened.

I learned about the Blood Type Diet . I am blood type AB. I thought the concept didn't make sense. That was until they described AB health issues - weak immune system, low stomach acid (also linked to rosacea), hypoglycemia , and heart disease in the family. These are ALL applicable to me.

I obviously will not eat the things they recommend - seafood, dairy, grains (gluten is horrible for me) and tofu (which also doesn't work for me).

But what is interesting is what NOT to eat. They say NO corn. I have been eating popcorn many times a week. So I quit! And I feel so much better!

My second pleasant surprise was learning about hydrogen peroxide. I came across this idea many times, but it scared me!

I decided to give it a try out of desperation because I had the stomach flu for a month! It just kept going round and round, mutating and mutating!

So I took the plunge. The first 5 days, I felt terrible because my bowels were overloaded. When that cleared up, I started feeling much better! And then by the 7th day, today, I feel WONDERFUL!

I slept at 10pm, and was up by 4am!
I exercised for an hour, walked for an hour, cleaned my house, did laundry, bounced on my trampoline, danced like a looney because I have SO much energy!

I did more today than I normally would do in a week!

And thirdly, I started using magnesium oil again. Before I went raw, I wasn't sleeping at night and horribly constipated, all too familiar to CF people. I started taking magnesium.

It made me sleep wonderfully, but gave me loose bowels. Then when I went raw, I stopped taking it. Without it, my PH still continued to climb, all the way to 7.0 this past summer.

Then, I had the incident with the mothballs and my PH dropped all the way down to 6.2 and it wouldn't budge. I started cramping during my period again, which is definitely a sign of low magnesium. (Calcium contracts a muscle, and magnesium releases a muscle).

So now, before bed, I rub 'Calm' magnesium oil on my torso. It absorbs through the skin, and quickly makes me feel sleepy. I'm only a year into this diet so I'm no expert. I don't know if I can't get enough magnesium from it because I can't afford organic. Or because I have been fighting so many toxins, and infections that I just need more magnesium now then usual.
