99+% of people that have their wisdom teeth removed are the worse dental procedures there are----maybe 1/2 get put tp sleep and then are man handled and even end up with a broken jaw, etc…….and you rarely ever hear of anyone ending up with a cavitation spot----just like all wounds, it should heal.

Leaving tooth fragments and the socket is what all the dentist do and it dissolve and works its way up and out as splinters that you pull out with your tongue or fingers until it has all healed.

A good dentist will charge you double the cost if you want the socket all dug out and that does speed up the healing.

They should charge about $5 for it, but they will rip you off as much as $500 per tooth to pull it and $500 to clean the socket out----all a major rip off.

With a few teeth, expect allot of bleeding, some teeth when they pull them, you will need allot of stitches to stop the blood and if they don't use enough, you will bleed and bleed until you go back and get more stitches…..---nothing about pulling teeth is good or fun.
