Acute dysbiosis versus chronic dysbiosis

Take live yogurt enema, and eat live yogurt after the flush and it will prevent acute dysbiosis post liver flush.

On the long run, Liver Flushing can improve your bile flow, and bile flow will improve your intestinal microbiome and can help you cure chronic dysbiosis created by Antibiotics .

But, on the short run, you may suffer some acute dysbiosis due to diarrhea immediately after the liver flush, and that must be addressed with probiotics.
