I'm on day 5...use only 1 tablespoon, it's delicious. To me using 2 tbsps of maple syrup, the flavor really dominates and is a bit too sweet. I also dropped a few lemon rinds in mine, I struggled to drink 4during day 2,day 3i realized it tasted better w/less day 4 I downed 6easily and wished I had made an additional 2servings. I love this detox, in a span of 3.5years I went from 234 to 333. I quit my horribly stressful job and did my first weigh --um since I started. I'm down to 322lbs. I'm going back to the gym tonight. I have experienced any dizziness or lightheaded episodes like I've seen and read about...but yeah. Sorry for being long-winded, just use less syrup and drop in a lemon peel.
