Inflammation after eating

Anyone with EC get inflamed lips after eating almost any food (ive noticed cooked, fried, meats, cheese, bread, oatmeal, cooked veggies, soups, oily stuff, some sweets, plenty more) especially when it's hot? Warm or hot food almost always causes inflammation, so I can't really distinguish whether the cause is the temperature of the food or the type of food itself.

With irritation, lips get swollen, darker, feel warm & uncomfortable, and there's slight redness right around the lips. Usually, raw veggies and fruits don't cause any irritation. And there also seems to be inflammation when I get hot. I don't have any known allergies to foods. It of course gets worse when the food touches my lips so I try to put small bites in my mouth.

My lips are always slightly swollen and are dark red/sometimes almost purplish when very inflamed, definitely not the natural pink color they were a long time ago.
