My eye problems are getting better now, thank goodness although one eye is still swollen and tender and sore from all the attention I have been giving it.

I do have a chesty cold, I have a small aroma diffuser that helps but I have ordered a new Vicks hot steam humidifier which is being delivered tomorrow from Amazon.

I think I have got some oils that you mention, normally I do lavender but I do have a few others.

I have been pumping my asthmatic inhalers more often to help.

I am in quarantine as I don't want my son to catch my ailments. It gives me time to myself to ponder but I feel tired, the cold is causing that. I am very much hoping I won't develop a chest infection as I don't want to take anymore Antibiotics .

I used to take dodo Chesteze which stopped me getting infections but they don't make it anymore which is a shame, they stopped it because bodybuilders and keep fit people were abusing them, so they spoiled it for the rest of us who needed them.

You are right about eyes, my eyesight is special I am reluctant to use Colloidal Silver as when I tried it before in a diffuser my eyes dried and the eyelids stuck to my eyes and I had to prize my lids away from them, not nice. Also I knew this infection was different, there was no itchiness just bad pain and a lot of discharge. I had swab taken and luckily did not have to go to hospital, bad vomiting bug at the hospital.
