Starting an open ended water fast
Hi,
I'm going to start a
Water Fast from 12-Feb onwards that I hope to continue for 30-40 days. I'm 28 years old, 5'5" and was about 165lbs. I have fasted thrice before for 10 days, 4 days and 17 days. The first and third time I was quite comfortable with the fast. The only reason for breaking them was the foul breath, which I couldn't bear the whole day and the whole night.
I fruit fasted for 7 days last week, am following it up with a 7-day juice fast and will then transition to the water only fast. I'm on the 3rd day of my juice fast today and plan to continue till the end of the week and have only water from the next week onwards. I want to reduce the detox symptoms during the fast, so it is a bit easier on me.
I'm looking for a mate to do the fast with. Also, I would like to know how you people could go through 4 weeks and more with that foul breath. During my previous fasts, I didn't have problems with hunger at all. I did imagine eating a lot of different foods after the fast, but I wasn't hungry at all. The foul breath is the worst thing I expect this time around too.
Any help would be appreciated.
