I am on my second flush (andreas moritz) and I normally eat a very low carb diet, and eating vegan is making me gain weight from the carbs I'm sure. I usually eat ketogenic organic, and I do fine...I want to do these cleanses as long as I need to but I'm not okay gaining weight. I exercise daily, and I understand how to choose well with vegan foods, I just wish they worked better for me. Can I go ahead and do the flushes (obviously following strict protocol on day 6 and 7) with a keto diet?
