do I have the right salt?

before I do the salt water flush, I wanted to make sure I had the right kind. It says "sea salt: uniodized". However, everyone says to use unrefined?? How do Iknow if this Sea Salt is refined or not? Or does refined just mean "table salt"?? Because I have seen salt at the health store that looks REALLy natural (in clumps, etc as if it was just taken out of the ocean). Anyways, juct checking. Please lt me know!
Alos, do you ahve to use distilled water? or is bottled spring water alright ??
