I think the best time to start is around the new moon, so about a week before the full moon. I highly doubt you will get rid of your flukes in just 3 or 5 days. Triclabendazole is also not the best drug to choose as it is a hammer and should your infestation be worse than expected you might end up in a toxic kill without the ability to stop. Drug of choice is albendazole and praziquantel in small doses for about 2-3 months. In case your infection is systemic, you need to stay on the drugs for this long to clear them all up. If it is not systemic, you might be able to finish earlier but at least a month. For dosing guidelines, ramping etc you can see the user mattk3's document 255 upload here on the forum. All but 1 person out of many many have successfully treated their (systemic) flukes with his protocol. Also a strict and extensive detox protocol is a must during this time so the toxins do not kill you. This is also included in his protocol. Only to start a kill might take 3-5 days and it can go on for weeks, depending on your infection. I would give this whole thing more thought, read more and then stick to a good protocol, making sure you will never have to do this again.
