Will this ever stop???

I am so depressed about this, i am 16 years old and i have to go through this... I've had this for like a year now and i am so tired of this, my lips peel in the shower then they are fine for 2 days, i apply all sort of lip balms in hope for cure but no, they will start to get white and crusty, and even more white when in touch with water, then the same cycle continues Tweet
