Re: salt water flush makes me nauseous

I hear you about the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) making you gag. I don't have a weak stomack, but that is a killer. I have managed to get the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) down the past 3 days (I'm on day 3) The first day it was horrible. I just sat down for over an hour feeling like I was going to throw up if I moved. The second day I got through almost all of the drink, I chased it with a very little water when I had that gagging feeling, but that shouldn't really be done. I mostly did it to get that nasty salt taste out of my mouth. Today, my 3rd day. I decided not to sit down. I started drinking and when I felt that gag feeling coming on this time I walked circles around the house. Then went back to the drink. I still did the chase thing again, but like I said just a tiny bit of extra water to get the taste out of my mouth.
Once I was done with the drink I kept moving the nausea went away very, very fast it was amazing. I also went and took a shower right away that helped.
I really hate salt, but I feel if I am giving up what I love most "FOOD" I am going to do this cleansing right. No skimping to get half the benefits. It wouldn't make since to me to do it any other way.
