raw inflamed lips

That's how my lips look at its worst after peeling, and that's the process: strange white film appears > crusts and flakes > extreme red and raw lips as in the picture when the flakes get removed... as you can notice the inner part looks pink and normal and there is a clear line where the redness starts.. I work in strict contact with people and the redness and rawness of my lips are killing my self confidence.. it's been 8 years now since it has appeared.. what do you think of this picture? No need to say that I've tried everything and that I underwent a lot of medical tests cause I work in an hospital..
